Come join us for a party before the retreat begins! Beat the traffic and get a head start on your weekend away. Board games, boutique shopping, photo booth, crafts, and a bit of dancing! Check–in and get your ticket to the fast pass line for your room key when they become available at 4pm.
Check-in Information for Friday & Saturday:
Great Escape check-in is 4:00pm to 8:00pm Friday. The check-in/welcome area is located in the foyer of the Britannia Salon on the Main deck towards the stern.
When you check-in, we’ll give you your room key and a special welcome bag filled with some essential Great Escape goodies.
The check-in desk will open again Saturday morning at 8:00am for those of you arriving on Saturday. Breakfast will be served at 8:30am.
A credit card is NOT required to check-in. You will only need to give the front desk your credit card if you plan to charge food or services to your room.
Parking is $15 a car per night.
Wifi in your room is available for $9.95 a day. Unlimited devices.
Plans for Friday’s Dinner:
The Great Escape officially begins at 8:00pm Friday with a powerful kick-off message from our keynote speakers Tracie Moss and Elizabeth Winn! You do not want to miss this!
Reminder: Dinner is on your own Friday and Saturday nights. There can be traffic delays heading up to Long Beach. If your schedule permits, we suggest you drive to Long Beach earlier in the day on Friday and join us for the pre-boarding party, or consider stopping for dinner somewhere along the way. Saturday night you are welcome to dine aboard the ship or enjoy one of the many local restaurants in the area!
For overnight guests, they charge per night. A Friday and Saturday night stay will be $30.
When you enter the gate, you will receive a white ticket. The parking team has a daily report with group names and rates. When you depart, you will tell the attendant the name of our group (North Coast Church), show your white ticket, and you can pay cash or by credit card to exit.
Daily visitors follow the same process. There are no in and out privileges for daily visitors.
Arrival-when you arrive at the hotel, drive toward the ship and park anywhere that is not marked “reserved” or valet. At the hotel entrance, let the staff know you are here to attend the North Coast Church event. You will be directed to the foyer of the Britannia Salon on the Main deck.
